I think they've been encouraged by this. I know they're not giving up hope and that they'll keep hoping that their loved ones will be coming back as well.

I don't think there's a program or any type of investment situation...the military would not be involved in anything like that at all.

There were no surprises for us. But we're still waiting for the other two steps, which will be the president and Congress.
