It's never been our desire to push this forward. It's always been our hope that we could resolve this amicably and without litigation.

Both sides expressed regret for any miscommunication that occurred. Both parties want to move forward with being a fan and watching the game, and being a ballplayer. They've expressed their regret and that's good enough for the family. And we're satisfied with the result.

Both of us respect the game, and the point was to send a message, not to harass fans; either physically or by later comments that disparage their character. If that's accomplished, then it's time to move on. It's never been about money.
