Those governmental services being in Old Town helped give this place its lifeblood. One of the neat things about living here was being able to walk to the tax office to pay your taxes, or to city hall to pay your water bill.

I think the citizens need to do whatever they can to pressure local governments into considering designs that include Old Town.
