They executed their offensive and defensive game plans pretty well.

The Brinkley Tigers are always dangerous because of their athletic ability. We've had a tough time with them the last couple of years.

What can I say, they are PA. They throw the ball around a lot, mix in the run, bring a lot of motion and moving people around. They use many different formations. We've got to do a better job in coverage and put pressure on the quarterback against Pulaski Academy.

Greenwood had more people in the stands at Fair than Fair did. They drew big numbers all year long. It was just electric. Everything they did was electric -- the way they came on the field, the way they lined up. They were not a real big team. They were not a real fast team. But, they took it to Fair. Their kids reminded me a lot of our kids size wise.

They'll just do whatever they need to do on defense to shut you down.

Although we ended up on the short end of the scoreboard, we got some questions answered.

Our line play versus the run is going to be a key. We're going to have to play disciplined on defense. No matter what offense someone plays, if you get whipped up front, you're not going to win. We saw that when we looked at last year's tape, but we've made some adjustments.

Well, we saw a lot of good things. Everybody contributed, Actually, we saw what we needed to see.

We need to speed up the tempo of the offense. That's important because it will wear on the defense. In the last eight minutes last week, you could see it was beginning to wear on the Paris defense.
