Such issues are precise technical details.

The order to resume uranium enrichment has been issued and, in accordance with that, the Iranian Atomic Energy Organization has restarted the process.

We are open to negotiations with anyone. Negotiations are still on.

In accordance with parliament's ratification, I should say 'yes'.

We still want to reach a formula to prove that we will not divert uranium enriched on Iranian soil. We are prepared to hold talks with anyone who has something to say.

Iran believes that negotiations with Russia will continue seriously and constructively, and as planned, they will be on February 16 in Moscow.

It means that the U.S. and the EU3 are intending to kill two issues, first to stop diplomacy and second to kill the Russian proposal.

I advise them not to make a historic mistake.

After this decision, Iran has to immediately bring into force its parliamentary law to suspend voluntary implementation of (the watchdog agency's) Additional Protocol (on snap inspections) and (pursue) commercial-scale enrichment which until today was under complete suspension.
