A guy like him, the manager of the team you're trying to play for, is saying nice things about you, it always makes you feel good. Just seeing the guys that you watch on TV, and you can play with those guys, it gives you a boost of confidence.

That was an awesome experience. Just being with those guys was incredible. I took advantage of the opportunity.

Anything can happen. I'm just going to play my game and let [management] take care of that.

He was in the same situation as me last year, first year in Double-A. He wasn't expecting to get called up. But fortunately for him, he got to go to Atlanta and make a career.

I hope I can repeat what I did last year. I need to keep working on what I need to do to reach my ultimate goal: Play in Atlanta.

I get everything. ... Fans, they don't know me, and some of them are drunk and don't know the difference. They butcher it pretty bad and give me a hard time, but it's kind of funny.

No, man, I was just messing around down there.

That's pretty neat, something to look forward to.

I hit .400 or something the rest of the way. I was crushing the ball. Everybody seemed to think it had something to do with getting married. I don't know. I'm usually better the second half. I was just having fun.
