We have mounting scientific proof that cleaning up the source of air pollution results in cleaner air and less illness and death. A study recently released showed that when particle air pollution declines in a city, the death rates also drop in that city.

Diesel exhaust is very dirty, and it's a huge contributor to air pollution in many communities. This will make significant changes in the air quality in a lot of our urban areas.

We never count our chickens until they are actually published. The sooner we can get these regulations in place, the sooner communities can start benefiting from them.
