"Henry Carlos Cejudo" is an American Freestyle wrestling/freestyle wrestler, Olympic gold medalist, mixed martial artist and author. He became an Olympic gold medalist at 21 years old, the youngest American wrestler to do so. Cejudo debuted in the Bantamweight (MMA)/bantamweight division of the Ultimate Fighting Championship in December 2014 at UFC on Fox: dos Santos vs. Miocic.

I just like to be dominating. I like to work on my feet. You train hard in this sport or go home. But, it is somewhat hard to be motivated after facing the national and international guys in big meets. Still, winning four high school championships would be a fine feat.

You see a lot of Russian wrestlers winning titles at 18, 19 and 20. Why can't I do it?

This is what I work for. This is really what I want to do. I eat, sleep and dream wrestling. Now I understand why I have to be in the [wrestling] room. It's paying off.
