It was an isolated event. That's not to say it can't happen again. Big power generators and big transmission lines do trip off occasionally.

The margins (for meeting power demands) are not quite as robust as we would like them to be. We saw that earlier this summer, in July, when we were in emergency conditions for a few hours on a couple of days.

The loss of that line was such a huge, significant loss that we had to issue a call for blackouts to keep demand and supply in balance.

There was enough power to meet that demand until we lost the major resource on the transmission line.
