It's a 95-minute film, and there are only a few seconds of actual gore on-screen. But the implication of what's happened -- and what's going to happen -- is so strong, people walk away believing they've experienced the most violent movie in history.

We end up sucking resources so the other communities are subsidizing our coverage. To some extent we lack that because we want cheap taxes.

I think all of the police departments (in the Green Bay metropolitan area) do a tremendous job. But is eight hours of coverage sufficient? No, it's not.
