It took 4 1/2 months, but through some dogged police work, the tremendous efforts by our crimes against persons (detectives), and some patrol officers, an arrest was made, and we made a commitment to carry this investigation through to the end.

I don't think it's a deal where people are doing highway robbery to make overtime, ... It's a situation where we have a need for police services.
