Are we going to be able to hand out voting guides? Probably not with the same impact - not with the same effect. Because we can sit in the church and have Republicans and Democrats and independents who believe that basically we're all trying to work for a better world and a more just world - and we can have conversations about this. And we do that all the time in our more progressive churches.

It is difficult for us to put out something that says, This is the way that a real Christian should vote. And I hope that doesn't change. I want to struggle with those issues.
