That's a very difficult time, because you can't think. I mean, you know, you just don't process. And even in that meeting, I'm not too sure how much they heard me, but it was OK. Because I knew that, I knew they're not hearing it, or not — right now. It'll come back maybe later, and they know they can call me.

This isn't the kind of job where you're a specialist who watches a computer screen and pushes buttons. Our workers are thinking, creative, constantly communicating. They're specialists in diversity. That's not really what our culture trains young people for these days.
