Now that the signs are down, the ducks don't have any protection. We formed the Watchful Eye program to let these kids know there is still protection for the ducks. We're still watching the pond to stop children from the beating and killing them.

They have agreed to keep their eyes open and report any violence or mischief taking place in the park. They agreed that this is a great idea. Perhaps other parks will want to use the Watchful Eye program.
