We're just really excited for it. We're going to be ready for this game. I know the whole team is going to be ready to play.

Despite what happened in the past, we came in confident. We knew all year that they had to falter one of these games and this was the night.

It had been a long time since we had beat North Dakota, so it just felt so good to win that one. It was big. I think the most amazing thing was our defense. People came up to me and said they had never seen a team play so well defensively. We just shut them down.

North Dakota was very gracious in defeat. My parents told me a lot of their fans told them that on that night, the better team won, and they were happy for us and wanted us to do well.

The North Dakota win was great, but we have to get over that now. I know once we get to Arkansas, my team will be ready to play. Last year, coach Jewett told us we had a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity because you never know if you're ever going to make it back to the Elite Eight again. Now, we are lucky enough to have a second chance. I'm definitely going to take those words to heart.

We were trailing by three points at the half and needed to play better. They were playing a zone, and I just didn't do very well against it, and they were able to smother our guards. In the second half, I moved a lot more and tried to be more aggressive. It worked out great.

This is really exciting. I'm proud of our team for getting here and getting farther than we did last year. We just need to be focused for (Thursday's) game. This wasn't our best game, so I think we'll be ready for International.

Once that ball is thrown up in the air for the opening tip, all those nerves are gone and I just play.

That's pretty cool. Somebody told me awhile back that I was getting close to 1,000 rebounds, but I kind of forgot about it. I remember it now.
