If you're scared, buy a big dog and tie it around your waist.

I'm glad to be out here. We signed for what, 90 minutes. I'd stay as long as needed to help out.

We left a lot of plays on the field, whether it was a bad route, bad throw or dropped pass. I thought we played pretty good, but pretty good isn't enough against Florida.

Once you get out of that rhythm and you're trying to get back into that rhythm sometimes you try to do too much. You want to stay on the field, so you try to make plays happen.

Coach Sanders is not the one out there dropping the ball or making bad plays. We put that on us.

We didn't take care of our business against Florida. That's on us. We know what kind of football team we have, but we've got to prove it. If we can win this one, we still feel like we'll be able to control our own destiny.

I don't see us having a substitution problem. I don't see us dropping the football or making a careless play at quarterback or at running back because he's going to demand so much more than that.

It's no fun getting beat up in the press. That's for sure. I grew up more in that one year than I had in the previous 18.

I'm really not the kind of person who is going to blame everybody else, but it's hard [not to] when everybody is looking at you. But it finally made me realize that maybe I'm not putting enough time into my game. Maybe I'm not getting focused enough on practice. Maybe I'm not taking this seriously enough.
