As a head coach, we go to such tough tournaments, this is my first win. We've placed second everywhere and third everywhere. We finally get a win.

He's a senior and he wanted to finish, but unfortunately the trainers didn't want him to get up until they found out if it was muscle or bone.

When I got there last year he was mostly a low post player, but watching him in practice I knew he could play outside and he was the type of player who could create his own shot, so this year we moved him outside.

I wish I had 11 more like him. He is one of the type players that only come around every once in awhile. It has been a pleasure coaching and teaching him the last two years. He will be missed not only on the court, but off the court and in the classroom. He is an all-around good kid.
