It's understandable that from time to time there'd be a need for executive sessions, but the device should be used very sparingly. Good government evolves from trust and a willingness to work together.
Finally, we're going to have our day in court. We need a good showing of our membership in the courtroom to prove a point.
We were afraid this would set a precedent and end up nibbling away at our coastline.
