What the governor doesn't want to see is people buying junk food out of vending machines between classes, ruining their appetite for meals, and we're hoping the state board is going to take action to stop that.
But what you can't do is be selling kids cookies at 10 o'clock in the morning so that they're not hungry at lunch.
This is some of the most effective spending the government does.
Education is far too important to be divorced from the will of the people.
