I feel relieved after hearing the very real concerns of parents facing the possibility of being moved from the Clovis West area not to be a part of it. It's not my night to cry.
I can speak very candidly about this because being in the Nelson area, I know it won't affect me. If it had I would have come to realize that there are a lot of exciting opportunities opening a new school, but change is hard.
It's a real asset for the community and Glade Springs will become a destination for a lot of people.
The general purpose is to comprehensively discuss the State of the Union address as a sort of immediate feedback mechanism in a local setting.
It's hard to say what's going to be addressed, but it looks as though there's going to be a lot of attention placed on health care.
So many people don't participate and that's really where the saving of democracy will be. We need to mobilize all the people who aren't involved, our unused power, rather than bickering about who's in power.
Changes require retraining teachers. The initial change is what takes the most training. We're trying to get that done within the funding period of the grant.
It's the straw that broke the camel's back, if the camel's back is broken.
Obviously it was a total fiasco of lack of response. He was given warning. He knew the levees were going to break.
