Mayor, I thank you very much for your understanding. I apologize on behalf of the Hispanic community and I want you to know that you have our support.
We finally have realized that America is open to everyone, regardless of their legal status.
We will see this transfer into political power. If we cannot change their minds, we will change them (politicians).
The lack of our participation in the economic system is our greatest demonstration of why we are here.
If we wanted to create a bigger impact than we did on April 10, it will be the empty parking lots in Wal-Mart and all the businesses dependent on our economy.
The story today is not those who came out and protested but those who stayed home. We showed our resolve today.
It has to be a racial issue, because a lot of people are afraid of cultural issues.
