We expected a serious weakening on the left side of the body, but we were surprised to see him move his left side. That means that maybe the damage on the right side of the brain is not quite as bad as we thought at first.
Do not think of this in terms of days, or in terms of weeks. This will take a long time.
We are all impressed by how strong he is and how much he is fighting. He is just a real warrior, it is his nature.
