They seem to have a game plan, and I'm excited about being a part of it.
Appointing a strong Business Development Director with a proven track record, who already knows Constructing Excellence well, is a big step forward in the restructuring of Constructing Excellence. He has an important contribution to make in demonstrating the value we provide to new and existing members of Constructing Excellence.
I have done a lot of thinking about it since November. It was a big decision for me, but I think it's the right decision. At this point, I just don't want to be committed to being there every day.
It's not meant to diminish the customer's relationship with the partner at all. We want to strengthen it.
I really had second thoughts, but I told a lot of people I would run.
We are all truly directing. We all feel deeply part of it and are making a great collaborative effort. Each one of us respects the other's place.
