We encourage singing, even if you're not good at it, because we're not good at it.

We are honored to be recognized for our craftsmanship and dedication. We work very hard to do the best job possible and it's rewarding to be acknowledged for our efforts, particularly by our peers in the industry.

We have a few Irish friends we try (new recipes) on, too.

It's a nice event, held in a nice place. Not only do you get to mingle will all the people who are donating to the charity, but you get to talk to the other restaurateurs.

The shepherd's pies and pub pies are real close to what we got served when we were kids.
