I was proud of the way we met physicality with physicality tonight. Karl Hollingsworth was fantastic and needs to play like that every time. Lipscomb is playing extremely well right now and we were just a couple of plays away from winning this game.

As a team we don't have it. Whatever it is, we don't have it. If we had it, we could be pretty good. But until we get it, we're not.

They made a nice adjustment on us. Trapped us a little bit, speeded us up.

It's frustrating. Maybe there's a master plan for us.

Last year one of our problems was we'd win a game and show up and play terrible the next game. Tonight I thought our defense was excellent holding them down and the shooting (46 percent) got back to where it needed to be.

Kris is fearless with his offensive game. And he did an excellent job defensively, too. When it was winning team, he stepped up big.

If you leave them open, and they're on, they're really gonna burn you. They end up making 11 threes out of 24 attempts. It's hard to beat 'em when they do that.

It's something that's killed us all year. It's something we've usually hung our hat on, but this year it hasn't been there. Rebounding is something you can work on, but it's one of those game-time things where you've just got to get it done.

Give Savannah State a lot of credit. With their record, they could have easily mailed it in but they didn't. They came out with a great game plan and really controlled the tempo.
