I told them not to worry. Last year we had four minutes to come back. This year, we had 40. I thought that we were the better side to that point and I was confident that we'd be able to put some goals in the net.

The team showed great resilience. They had to come back twice really, once after the first half and again to break the tie. I'm proud of how they stayed composed and kept fighting for victory.

Jessica made some great saves, keeping us in the game there. They had a lot of pressure on us, but defensively, we did a good job. All in all, a 1-1 tie was a good result.

It came down to that they had two chances and they scored on them. Give them their due. We might have learned something good out of this. We were on a good streak. Maybe the loss will pump us up. The girls were disappointed afterward.
