I think both the 5th Circuit and the parole board have been misled by something state keeps saying, proving that if you say something over and over again, even if it's not true, people will believe it.

Our season for upland game begins on the first of September and runs to the end of April.

There is something going on constantly. Our season starts on Sept. 1 with upland game and dove hunting. Then, on the first of October, the archery deer season begins, which runs through middle of November. After that, we still have the upland game season going until the end of April. So, some days get pretty busy.

Getting relief on that basis, it is harder to imagine a steeper uphill battle than that.

There hasn't been any reason for optimism for months, so there's certainly none now.

We are well-traveled hunters ourselves. We've spent a lot of time in hunting lodges over the years, and we have tried to incorporate things that we appreciated about those facilities we liked, and leave out those things that we didn't like. Our goal is to provide our clients with the best sporting experience of their life.

What we think happened is that multiple guns were recovered, ... and that the serial numbers were not noted at the time, the location of recovery not noted, the time of recovery not noted. By the time they made it to the ballistics lab, it was not known which gun was recovered where.
