The interest is there and we think we can make a good go of it.

It's the only way we can stay ahead of the other communities, when it comes to having competitive teams.

Basically, everything anyone needs to know about minor baseball will be there.

We're looking to start in mid to late February and run through March and all of April.

We need to hear from coaches and other volunteers as soon as possible, so we can start assigning them to teams.

Besides throwing the ball around, it's also a good time for the players and coaches to meet each other and get to know each other better.

It's something we wanted to do last year as part of our two-year plan, but it kind of got left behind with other things. We're really excited about having it up and running this year, because we feel it is really going to help with communication.

We tried to get one started a few years ago, but it never really got off the ground.
