"Daryle Lamar Ward" is an United States/American professional baseball first baseman and outfielder who plays for the Somerset Patriots of the Atlantic League of Professional Baseball. He has not played in the Majors since 2008. He bats and throws left-handed. The 6-foot-2, 240 pound (109 kg) Ward was drafted by the Detroit Tigers in the 1994 in sports/1994 amateur draft. He is the son of former major leaguer Gary Ward (outfielder)/Gary Ward.
