"Darren Lockyer" is an Australian rugby league television commentator and former professional player. After seventeen NRL seasons, Lockyer retired in 2011 as captain of the Australia national rugby league team/Australian national team, the Queensland rugby league team/Queensland State of Origin team and his club, the Brisbane Broncos, having set records for most ever games with each of them. He set additional all-time records for most National Rugby League matches, most State of Origin series/State of Origin matches, most games as captain and most tries for the Australian national team, and highest ever point-scorer for the Broncos. Additionally, he was never suspended or charged by the NRL judiciary system during his entire career.

I've been restricted to cross training so far and have only jogged a bit on a treadmill. I wouldn't think I'd be playing any trials.

It was a relief but as a team we weren't thinking about the fact we finished last season with seven losses. We just viewed the loss to the Cowboys as nothing more than a first-round loss.

With myself coming back, we always have a pretty good combination so hopefully we can reignite that.
