2005 was a relatively good price year for a number of commodities, both in California and nationwide, and so some small farms moved from one sales category to the next with $1,000 or $2,000 in sales, and that may go back next year just as prices move around.

She came to the table with a concept, and I bought onto that and tried to fulfill what she wanted to express with her dance. I think it fit really well together.

Land comes in and goes out again, so you can't quite tell for sure what's happening. We know there's development every year, so a certain amount of farmland in California will shift from being farmed to moving into development.
