We bring in smart guys here and guys that know how to play the game. When they get in those situations, they're able to execute it out on the field.

We pride ourselves on being in condition and being very much able to go for 60 minutes and keep wearing on them and wearing on them.

The backups take their jobs seriously and prepare during the week like they're going to be starters, prepare like they're going to play the whole game on Sundays. When you have guys on the team that take their jobs seriously, you have confidence putting them in those game situations.

There are little mental things, an error here and there. It's a process. We're still coming together as a unit and it's going to be that way until the 16th game.

I mean, personally, you do miss Matt and having him around.
