"Curtis Murphy" is a Canada/Canadian professional ice hockey defenceman (ice hockey)/defenceman currently playing in the Austrian Hockey League with EHC Black Wings Linz.

Murphy was signed as an undrafted free agent by the Minnesota Wild in on June 18, 2001, and he played one game in the National Hockey League with the Wild in the 2002–03 NHL season/2002–03 season.

Murphy was a member of Canadian national men's hockey team/Team Canada at the 2007 Spengler Cup. He has won two American Hockey League Calder Cups, one in 2003 with the Houston Aeros (1994–2013)/Houston Aeros and one in 2004 with the Milwaukee Admirals.

I think it was just a tough game. I really don't think either team came out and played as well as they could. That kind of showed because it was kind of a messy, ugly game.
