This team was probably more down than I've ever seen them after that loss. And that's a good thing in a way, though, because it also shows you how bad they want to be successful.

First time all year I thought we lost our poise.

We've been going through things a Missouri team hasn't been through in a while. We upset the defending national champion, being ranked and having to defend that ranking. This two weeks has been tough on us. It really showed up in the last 10 minutes.

I felt from the get-go they believed in themselves, they believed they could compete.

My personal opinion is they're better than 11th in the country. Obviously, they're very well-coached and they just have talent throughout.

Young is so tough, I don't know if you can ever stop her, but we did a good job of stopping everyone else.

I don't think they played like (defending champions) tonight, and I hope we had something to do with that.

Kim talked about them having a target on their back, and when you defeat the No. 4 team in the country, you all of a sudden have become a target yourself — and that's OK. Any coach would prefer being a target versus chasing one.

We put the ball in the hands of who we believe to be the best point guard in the conference, LaToya Bond, and she got the job done.
