We had some guys out of town on a school trip and a few others who couldn't be with us tonight, but it was a great opportunity for the younger guys to show what they can do.

We wanted to spread them out. We are much more athletic than most teams we play, and when we have played the ball wide, we've always got people who are well-disciplined in their positions back door.

This is great for the guys. To get to the level where we are as one of the top teams in the state and one of the best programs around, to me, that is the most rewarding thing. These guys have worked hard to get here.

I think it is unfortunate for everybody. Both teams have the potential to win several games in the playoffs and it is unfortunate that one of them has to lose in the first round.
