It could have been much worse than it was, but people did their part to effect a change.

We did this with the best of intentions. We think this will be best for our customers.

The single biggest thing customers can do is turn down that thermostat. Wherever you had it set normally or in past winters, try to turn it down 5 degrees below that. That will easily get you the 10 percent savings.

If we didn't see any such action at the national level, then we need to see some action at the regional level.
