They'll be down as long as it takes to get it repaired. Luckily, they have a generator, and that helps.

It allows us to go out and sweep the city at a much faster pace.

We are going to individually visit all of those houses to shut off the gas meters and then when the repairs are made, we will turn them back on. This is extremely unusual, and we are really looking into what exactly caused that ignition, but we just won't know for some time.

We haven't raised our rates since 1992. In that time, the consumer price index has increased by 53 percent; but we have kept our rates steady over that time because we have managed costs.

It's the law of supply and demand. Demand is down, supply is up, so the price is down.

Our focus is getting the power back to our customers.
