I've worked with both of them in the past and have a great deal of respect for them.

The winner is going to be the one who is able to garner good broad-base support. Early in the game, it will be interesting to see how both pursue the race.

There are various communities and distinctive needs with the community.

It's new for everyone. But when you have a good campaign with candidates who are talking about the issues, the residents of Salinas will benefit.

Personally, I am not satisfied. I think that was a day of democracy, if you will. Personally I really don't think any punishment or consequences should have been there in the first place but like I said, this is just my personal opinion.

I don't think anybody has a permanent solution.

A vote for this issue is a vote against democracy.
