Out-of-state contractors are not allowed to do business in California in areas that have been declared a national disaster. We snag one of them, and it's a trip to jail.
The homeowner contacted us after she got a business card from a contractor who was soliciting door to door. She had been ripped off prior to the flood, so she was glad to let us use her house.
