We have played well for the last month. We played well today.

It's going to be a toss-up. Limestone is scrappy. They are one of the most difficult teams in the league to pitch against. They adjust and take the ball the other way.

The three-week break certainly isn't going to help any. At least this year, we don't have to sit around and wait. Two years ago, we beat Pfeiffer and then they got the bid and we spent three weeks practicing not knowing what's going to happen.

It's a toss-up and I really believe that.

The thing that's happening is we've got speed at places and if those guys stay on base, (opposing pitchers) know they've got to throw a fast ball or we're going to steal. We just got good pitches to hit and we have for quite awhile.

We had some huge hits. (Curtis, Williams) were our eight and nine hitters, who just stayed in there and battled. A lot of balls had eyes for us. It just must have been our day.

He's been a thrill to have. Sometimes guys say, 'well, it's time for me to move on with my life,' but he enjoys the game and he's got the rest of his life to live and work. As long as he can swing the bat, I think he's going to stay around.
