I hate to judge our success on how many people we arrest each year. I would like to be able to say that we've had a large effect on drug availability, but it's like any other place ... there's always going to be availability as long as there's a demand.

A lot of the work that we do centers around complaints from citizens and what they have passed on us.

We tend to see a lot of abuse of that and we spend a lot of time trying to reduce the demand for that type of drug, which is pretty extensive in this area.
