It's simply naive and sophomoric to think that Senator Thomas' efforts are somehow late.
That's what leadership is about, bringing people together to effect change.
The trips we take are not a conflict of interest.
The senator will support reform efforts that include more transparency about what trips are being taken and who is paying for the trips. He will also look closely at additional travel restrictions, including a ban on travel that is deemed extracurricular or a conflict of interest.
He's definitely happy he's doing the job he was elected to do and (to) continue to serve the people of Wyoming.
There's a push from the energy committee to look at specific provisions and see how we can make it happen on the ground.
The pilot project will provide for the coordination of the lead and cooperating agencies through the permit process. This will provide better coordination and improved use of resources for both the Rawlins and Buffalo offices and the related agencies...
