It's pretty unique to have been in the business for 50 years, and to be able to have stayed in the back of the house (kitchen) for that length of time is pretty extraordinary.

We look for a cross-section of different personalities. We try to pick people from all walks of life. We also look for people who you wouldn't expect to be doing this sort of thing.

That wasn't really a surprise. They had a good cast and it's a good, fun format. It's worked pretty much everywhere because it's so different.

Dancing with the Stars was so different - and it was the first one in the marketplace that was really different - so I think anything that followed was always going to suffer.

I want to pay credit to them because they brought it to us. We loved it pretty much straight away and we thought it was funny. That was what stood out for us.
