We've scared the leaders a lot so far. It's exciting. I got in on the ground floor of the planning and am enjoying that.

It's on the Black Sea. It was a traditional summer resort for the old Soviet Union. It's at the foothills of the Caucasus Mountains. In one of the pictures in the bid you see palm trees and snow. The city is in the 50s in the winter and then you have better snow there than in Turin.

It's turned out to be great. It's very interesting. We've helped all the venue teams, given them advice on how best to solve problems. It's really been a lot of fun.

After Opening Ceremonies, we've gone to every venue as it opened, my team. We've helped them open on their first days. Now we're basically firefighters if there's something going on.

It's always hard finding buyers. Nobody's beating a path to your door.
