Someday it will have to occur, the more we (expand) into counties. The real justification for a metropolitan government is if it can better serve people and save money. That will be the real cause.

I would interpret it as circumventing the ordinance. The public is entitled to that information, I think. That was the purpose.

However, I'm not the one that asked for the opinion. That would be the person who needs to withdraw it. I don't know what we'll gain if we continue, but maybe it's something that needs to continue so it doesn't happen in the future.
