We've been challenged to coach. We've won some close games and lost some close game. The parity is great. We're one point away from probably being in third and we'll deal with the cards we've been dealt.

For us, it's been a little bit of a disappointing year. Right now, if you're not ready to play in the tournament, I don't feel like you're much of a competitor. We've been talking about the tourney all year.

She's one of those players we're grooming to be a leader. She needs to come out of her comfort zone and be more aggressive, (but) she works really hard. She's one I don't have to worry about.

I think North Dakota State is very efficient in the half court. A lot of times we were in their faces and they hit shots. They've got a great inside-outside game. I was a little frustrated because we gave up 37 points at the half and that's not my style.

We came here wanting to play in the championship. We're a program that's building, and we want to face that big crowd. So, this is a really a great win for us overall.

She's one of the most improved players I've ever coached. She can play any position on the floor. We're asking her to score, catch and shoot the ball and take people off the dribble. She's so versatile.
