We're in what I call 'roll-out mode' right now. People are discovering there aren't locations in their area, and they are opening them up.

This concept was not invented in some corporation. It came about because of moms who have this problem innovating and coming up with a business model. Over 90 percent of these businesses are owned by moms or have at least one mom or woman as one of the owners.

You first have to remember these businesses are about simplifying the preparation of meals. Some places have taken that simplification all the way down to the prices, so the customer knows going in exactly how much they will spend. Others take the approach that certain things cost more to prepare, thus they charge more for them.
