The state has reviewed the evidence and we are not aware at this time of there being any evidence to support capital murder. We are recommending that the state proceed with a non-capital case.

The cost will be borne by the bankruptcy estate. It is not completely clear how broad the scope will be. All of these administrative expenses must be paid at the time the repayment plan is implemented. That is a big deal.

It does put a doctor or health-care clinic in a more vulnerable position. This was an important provision for them (CMS) to have. I think they will be as aggressive, if not more aggressive, in turning off the tap.

Providing trails enhances the quality of life in the community and are a great asset to have. They provide yet another activity for people to become active in and are a fun way to get out and see the sights around town.
