The inside game (was key). We took it to them. We got the ball to (Herr) in spots where he could score.

I thought we did a good job of hitting some key shots. We hit some shots when we had to.

I thought that we came down and shot too quickly. We didn't make them work on defense at all. - What happens is you get tired on the defensive end, you come down take a shot, you're tired and it's kind of tough throwing it in there. You got to gather yourself at some point. I think we played a little in their hands.

We didn't get a good inside game going and if you don't get a good inside game against these guys they're going to keep collapsing on you and dare you to shoot threes. If you're not hot, you're in trouble and that's what happened to us.

We wanted to get the ball inside right off the start. You could tell we were nervous.

The key to this game is that we got the big shots when we needed them.

We showed some young nerves and shot a little quicker than normal. Phil (Short) then went at the basket which got us into our game and Tom (Harrison) came up big for us in the second quarter.

Our guards are unselfish. They know if they pass it inside, they'll get the ball back.

I thought we played outstanding defense.
