I think we are really blessed to be here and play in the championship game. We are going to come ready and have a positive attitude for the game.

(In the first half) I made a lot of mistakes, but I couldn't see that court as well when they would collapse on me. In the second half, I had to find my way to block and score.

I'm really excited and happy about the opportunity to play in Detroit. I'm excited to play for Coach Laimbeer and to further develop my game under him and his staff.

It's just so great that they would recognize me because I'm from a smaller school. Basically everyone else was from a bigger school and bigger conference.

I didn't know what to expect. I've seen all those players on TV and they're stars. And when you go there and see them in person, they're like normal people.

I'm really ready to start working and improve my game.

I don't know if that's going to happen, but you never know.
